MY STORY

Meet Kristine Trimble, PT — The Heart Behind KristineTDysPT

Kristine Trimble is not your typical physical therapist. With over 25 years of clinical experience and a sharp focus on complex, often misunderstood conditions like dysautonomia, POTS, ME/CFS, and long COVID, she brings a rare blend of medical expertise and personal understanding to the people she serves.

After witnessing countless patients fall through the cracks of traditional care, Kristine set out to do things differently—to create a space where individuals with chronic illness are not only believed but equipped with strategies to rebuild their function and reclaim their lives.

Through her virtual consults, self-paced courses, and growing online community, Kristine helps clients navigate debilitating symptoms with science-backed methods, compassionate guidance, and practical tools that work in real life—not just on paper.

Known for her empathetic yet empowering approach, Kristine doesn’t just treat symptoms—she teaches people how to work with their nervous system, not against it. She believes in progress over perfection, pacing over pushing, and meeting each person exactly where they are.

When she's not supporting clients or teaching, you'll find her advocating for awareness, staying up to date on the latest research, and always looking for new ways to bridge the gap between hope and healing.

"I don't just understand chronic illness clinically—I understand it personally. You're not alone. Let's find what works for your body, together."
